We reserve the absolute right to amend details, decline projects, or restructure service availability based on logistics and specialist capacity.
Our pricing plans represent starting baselines. Final fees depend on total square footage, specific dirt accumulation, pet presence, and requested specialist time. Clients are responsible for providing truthful spatial dimensions during the online query phase. Discrepancies may lead to on-site adjustments or booking updates.
To perform scheduled work efficiently, clients must ensure reliable, safe access to the designated property at the selected timeframe (providing functional keys, concierge permission, or access codes). Adequate lighting, running hot water, and continuous electricity must be active throughout the cleaning duration.
All reservation changes, reschedules, or booking cancellations must be finalized at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning start. Cancellations completed inside of this window may be subjected to a logistics processing fee.
All layouts, graphic assets, structural components, custom SVG logos, domain details, styling systems, and text materials presented on qemzaviro.info are owned exclusively by Qemzaviro. Unauthorized duplication, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US federal and state laws, Qemzaviro, its corporate directors, and operational staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our on-site property cleans, logistical delays, or errors in website content. Our maximum cumulative liability under any claim will not exceed the financial amount paid by the client for the specific cleaning service in question.
These conditions shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, mediation, or court litigation stemming from this agreement shall be initiated exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction located in California.
